This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., Page No.1 of 4

until further orders; imposed by this Court on 03.03.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.5693 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5693 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 is relaxed.
