ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the bail condition imposed by this Court in Para No.7(a) of the order dated 27.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.22631 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1818 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while this Court

was pleased to grant the relief of suspension of sentence and bail, the petitioner was directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, one of whom was required to be a blood relative. He further submitted that following the petitioner's conviction, his family has abandoned him and none of his relatives are willing to stand as surety. Consequently, despite the grant of bail on 27.11.2025, the petitioner remains in custody. Hence, he prays to waive the requirement of a blood relative surety and suitably reduce the bond amount.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent, has no objection on the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent, the condition at Para No.7(a) of the order dated 27.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.22631 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1818 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail, on him executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of

the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 27.11.2025, shall remain intact.
