ORDER
The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed in W.P.No.7961 of 2015, a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.993 of 2024 has been preferred. 2.When the Hon'ble Division Bench has taken cognizance of the appeal and has proceeded with it, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallelly proceed with the Contempt Petition. However, if liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedies, after final orders are passed in the Writ Appeal, a balance can be struck. 2/4
3.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
