ORDER

Vide judgment dated 25.02.2026 passed in Crl.A.No.178 of 2026, this Court had set aside the impugned order therein and released the petitioner/appellant on bail, subject to certain conditions. One among such conditions vide paragraph 8(v) is that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the Trial Court every week at 10.30 a.m. and also on all hearing dates, until further orders. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any default.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.8 (v) of the judgment dated 25.02.2026.

4. Accordingly, the condition regarding the petitioner's appearance, as imposed by this Court in para No.8 (v) of the order dated 25.02.2026 passed in Crl.A.No.178 of 2026 alone stands modified to the effect that the petitioner

shall appear before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week i.e. from 15.04.2026 to 21.04.2026 and thereafter, on the dates scheduled by the Trial Court. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 25.02.2026 remain unaltered.
