This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the order dated 08.2.2023 in C.M.P.No.96 of 2023 in S.T.C.No.14 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1, Erode. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the matter has become infructuous since the main case itself has ended up in convicting the accused persons by judgment dated 19.7.2023.
