This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus, seeking a direction against the first respondent to pass orders on the Review Petition submitted by the petitioner on 03.02.2020 questioning the orders passed in the Appeal Petition in G.O.(D) No.159, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, dated 19.08.2019 and to cancel the order of punishment issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.02/001565/2015 dated 07.04.2016.
2.The learned Government Advocate has forwarded a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(D) No. 61, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, dated 14.02.2025, which was passed in the Review Petition. Therefore, the writ petition no longer survives for the adjudication of any of the issues.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, claims that the copy of the aforementioned G.O.(D) No.61, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, dated 14.02.2025 has not been served on the petitioner.
4.A copy of G.O.(D) No.61, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, dated 14.02.2025, has now been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. If the petitioner seeks to take up the issue further in any manner, and if limitation aspect is put against the petitioner, the starting period of limitation will be considered from today, i.e., 01.04.2025.
5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
