O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed directing the 1st respondent to take action against the respondents 2 to 4 based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.08.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent Police.

3.Taking into consideration, the seriousness of the allegation made in the complaint and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit to direct the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry on the representation dated 29.08.2018 made by the petitioner by affording opportunity to all the parties concerned and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
