ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct District Munsif Court Ambattur to dispose the memo filed on behalf of petitioner dated 25-02-2026 in speedy manner in OS.No.347 of 2012 on the file of the Learned Dist.Munsif Court Ambattur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a subsequent purchaser of the suit property and that an ex parte decree was obtained by the respondent against him. Owing to the demise of his counsel, the petitioner was unable to effectively follow the proceedings in the suit. It was only upon receipt of notice in the execution proceedings that the petitioner became aware of the ex parte decree.

3. Immediately thereafter, the petitioner filed petitions in S.R. Nos. 6641 to 6643 of 2025 dated 31.10.2025 and S.R. No. 1361 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026. The petitioner has further sought stay of the execution proceedings, which are presently pending. However, the said petitions have not yet been numbered.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the District Munsif Court, Ambattur, is directed to number the petitions filed by the petitioner, issue notice to the respondents, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, all further proceedings in E.P. No. 6 of 2021 in O.S. No. 347 of 2012, pending on the file of the learned

District Munsif Court, Ambattur, shall remain stayed and thereafter proceed with the E.P.
