It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the order has been complied by considering the representation of the petitioner. A copy of the order in Na.Ka.No.469/Ne3/2025 dated 15.04.2025 passed by the third respondent has also been filed in complying the order, which is placed on record. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, he is at liberty to challenge the same.
