PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the merit list and selection list dated 26.04.2022 for the post of Assistant Engineer in the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board pursuant to Notification No.02/2019 dated 05.03.2020 and quash the same in so far as inclusion of the name of the second respondent in the merit list and selection list are concerned and to direct the first respondent to select and appoint the petitioner in the place of the second respondent to the post of Assistant Engineer in the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board pursuant to notification No.02/2019 dated 05.03.2020.
