Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's employment exchange seniority card and to give 5 marks of weightage marks as per notification dated 26.7.2017 mentioned in Paragraph No.9D of the Teachers Recruitment Board for the post of Physical Education Teacher (PET) in Backward Community Gents (BCG).

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the writ petitioner has been considered by the Competent Authority and accordingly, the grievance of the writ petitioner has been redressed. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2. Thus, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
