ORDER

The petitioner has sought suspension of sentence and has only filed an application for exemption from surrender. Such a prayer cannot be granted in the absence of any application for suspension of sentence. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to move both applications.
