When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the nd respondent submitted that orders have been passed in WMP.No.38144 of 2024 and the learned Single Judge has granted six months extension from 09.06.2025 for the completion of the departmental proceedings and for taking a final decision.

2. In the light of the above development, this contempt petition is closed for the present. No costs.
