O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that some of the respondents using their official power have acted illegally against her. With that grievance, the petitioner made a complaint. 2.In the counter affidavit filed by the 12th respondent, it has been stated as follows:

"...

Further the petitioner stated that again the petitioner made representation to the Deputy Superintendent of Police on 15.06.2015 and 22.06.2015. Based on the directions issued by the higher authorities of the 12th respondent, Inspector of Police Chengam, the Additional Superintendent of Police, Thiruvannamalai examined the Inspector of Police and recorded his statement. The

Inspector of Police personally appeared before the Additional Superintendent of Police, Thiruvannamalai and given his statement and the same was recorded on 23.06.2015. Further the averment of the petitioner that till date no any initiative steps of appropriate legal action have been leveled against 12th respondent is not correct."

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the report has been submitted to the respondent no.5. 4.In such view of the matter, a direction is issued to the respondent no.5 to pass appropriate final orders on the report and on the complaint made by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The decision of the respondent no.5 will have to be communicated to the petitioner also. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
