This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3695 of 2016 dated 01.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

3.Time for complying with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3695 of 2016 dated 01.03.2016 is extended by two weeks, from the date of which the order copy is made ready, subject to the condition that each of petitioners shall donate a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand only) towards costs to "Tamil Nadu Harijan Sevak Sangh"

No.58, Venkatanarayana Road, T.Nagar, Chennai17, Ph.No.99946 57433 and produce the receipt of the same before the lower Court, failing which, this order shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

4.This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
