2. It is clear from the above that insofar as final surrender of earned leave 240 days salary and unearned leave 90 days salary, the amount has been credited to the bank account of the petitioner. The other claims pertaining to retirement DCRG and pension, commutation, final GPF and Special Provident Fund, the sanction has been given by the Accountant General and it is now pending before the Pay and Accounts Office and District Treasury, Trichy and hence, what is left is the actual payment of the amount to the petitioner by

crediting the same in his bank account. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Insofar as the promotion sought for by the petitioner, the respondents have already filed a writ appeal. Hence, the petitioner shall wait for the final result in the writ appeal and depending on the result, shall workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
