The petitioner, who is facing trial for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324 and 307 r/w 147 of IPC in PRC.No.12 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, did not appear before the Trial Court on 21.12.2018 and a Non-Bailable Warrant was issued and thereafter, the same was executed on 12.10.2024 and remanded to judicial custody and hence, seeks bail.

2.This is the second bail application filed by the petitioner. Though the earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 19.11.2024 by my learned predecessor, Hon'ble Justice A.D.Jagadish Chandira, this petition is listed before this Court pursuant to the orders passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31787 of 2024 on 04.03.2025.

3.This Court, while dismissing the earlier bail petition of the petitioner, has made the following observations: "4.Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police and perused the materials available on record, taking note of the fact 2/4

that the petitioner was secured after six years and also considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner." 4.Considering the aforesaid facts and since the charges have not yet been framed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 07.04.2025 ata SUNDER MOHAN., J.
