ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the revision petition filed on 19.06.2017 and to pass orders directing the 1/4

respondents to issue patta in the name of petitioner for his property situated at survey No.77 measuring 2.00 acre in Mooranapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri district.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she is the absolute owner of the property, however, when she applied for transfer of patta, the same was rejected by the District Revenue Officer vide Order dated 06.02.2017. Hence, she preferred a revision before the first respondent and the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to 2/4

dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
