Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Quo-Warranto questioning under what authority the 6th respondent herein holding the post of Principal as in-charge basis in Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Nedungadu, Karaikal, Puducherry, in view of lack of required educational qualifications as per AICTE Regulations 2010.

ORDER
Having regard to the limited prayed involved, the Writ Petition itself is finally disposed of.

It is the Writ of Quo-Warranto challenging the authority by which, the sixth respondent is holding the post of Principal incharge. 3.
It is stated that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 14.10.2015 to the respondents 1 to 4, which has been received by them on 15.10.2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that the grievance expressed by him in the said representation has not been redressed by the first respondent till date, who is the competent authority.

The learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to file counter affidavit.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that it is enough that the grievance expressed by the petitioner in his representation dated 14.10.2015 is addressed and redressed. Therefore, having regard to the restricted prayer now sought for by the petitioner, the time requested by the respondents for filing counter affidavit need not be granted.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to look into the grievance expressed in the representation dated 14.10.2015 of the petitioner within a period
