This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the

proceedings in crime No.2 of 2022 dated 09.06.2022 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police 2.

When the matter was listed on 26.03.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 30.03.2026 under the caption 'for dismissal'. However, even today i.e. 30.03.2026, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
