COMMON ORDER Learned Additional Government Pleader (P) appearing on behalf of the respondents sought for some time.
2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in W.P.No.10181 of 2024 submitted that in spite of interim orders passed by this Court, the respondents are trying to escalate the issue by giving police complaint as a result of which summons have been issued to the office bearers of the society to attend the enquiry.
Considering the fact that pleadings are complete, this Court is inclined to take all these writ petitions for final hearing on 26.08.2025 at 02.15 p.m. In the mean time, this Court directs the respondents not to escalate the issue and wait for the final orders.
