WMP.No. 12319 of 2022 in W.P.No. 15745 of 2020 D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the District Educational Officer, Coonoor, Ooty District as a necessary party to this writ petition and rank him as 6th respondent in the writ petition.

Mr.T.Chezhiyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of his contentions, the Miscellaneous Petitions is allowed.

Registry is directed to amend the cause title and list the writ petition after three weeks for filing counter affidavit.
