This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.56 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The respondent police have filed a Status Report, wherein, in paragraph No.6, it is stated as follows:

"6. It is submitted that after completion of thorough and detailed investigation, based on the statements of the witnesses, I have laid a charge sheet against the accused [A1, A3 and A4] and absconding charge sheet against A2 in S-1, St. Thomas Mount Police Station Crime No.56/2015 u/s 342, 506[i], 447 IPC on 10.09.2015 and the same was submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai and the same is yet to be taken on file." https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
