ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to consider and respond by way of specific reply by passing a speaking order to the grievances mentioned in the representations dated 24.05.2024 and 25.11.2024 made by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the he is interested in providing scholarship and other benefits to the students. While so, in those days the 2nd respondent - trust has been dedicated for providing scholarship to the students of a particular caste. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the same is not being carried out.
4. The AG & OT - 1st respondent herein would submit that applications are being called for and whoever applies for scholarship, the same is being distributed. With reference to one of the case that is pointed out by the petitioner, the said candidate did not apply for the particular year and therefore, she was not granted the scholarship. The said information has already been intimated to the petitioner and if he wants any other information, he has to approach only the original side of this Court, by way of appropriate proceedings.
5. Needless to mention that even though in those days scholarship has been given to the students of particular caste, this Court cannot direct the 2nd respondent - Trust to identify the students of particular caste and do the things. This year, that particular student has received the scholarship. Therefore, when the objects are being carried out by the AG & OT, there is nothing for this Court to interfere in this matter.
6. In view thereof, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 28.03.2025 : No
