ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case registered in First Information Report in Crime No.101 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioners alone.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed and it is yet to be taken on file. 3.In view of the completion of investigation, filing of final report, this Court finds there is no merits in the prayer for quashing the F.I.R in Crime No.101 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
