Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 10.11.2014 for regularization of the service of the petitioners in the second respondent school from the date of their appointment by fixing the time scale of pay and monetary benefits arising out of such regularization and other benefits.

have been continuously working as supporting staff of the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Avalurpettai, Gingee Taluk. The petitioners having found that there are sanctioned posts of Watchman and Office Assistant, in the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Avalurpettai, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District, submitted representations on 10.11.2014, requesting the first respondent to consider their case for regularization. The present prayer is to consider the said representations on merits.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 10.11.2014, submitted by the petitioners, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
