ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the 2nd respondent to file a report pertaining to the detention of detenue by name J.Felixa Mary and also to issue a direction directing the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet to dispose the Crl.M.P. No. not known of 2019 in Crime No.70 of 2019. 2.

On perusal of records, already own sister of the 4th respondent herein viz., Fathima Mary has filed a petition before the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.443 of 2019. Ms.Felixa Mary, who is none other than sister of Fathima Mary was ordered to be detained in the Government Home for Woman under Section 17(2) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act for a period of one year. Now, another sister viz., petitioner herein filed this petition for direction directing the 2nd respondent to file a report pertaining to the detention of detenue viz., her sister. In view of the order passed by the IV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, this petition is devoid of merits. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
