The present Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the prayer as "For the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction to call for the records of the order passed by the 1st respondent Labour Court in I.A.No.128 of 2014 in C.P.No.18 of 2013 dated 10.06.2014 and C.P.No.18 of 2013 dated 13.03.2014 and quash the same and to direct the 1st respondent to rehear the C.P.No.18 of 2013 and thus render justice" instead of "For the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction to call for the records of the order passed by the 1st respondent Labour Court in C.P.No.18 of 2013 dated 13.
