ORDER

(Heard through Video Conferencing) The Application is filed for leave to sue as regards the fifth defendant. Originally, the applicant/plaintiff had obtained leave to sue in respect of defendants 1 to 4 but had inadvertently omitted obtaining such leave in respect of the fifth defendant who resides in Valasaravakkam, which is outside the original jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Upon perusal of the plaint, I find that a part of the cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, the Application is ordered.
