O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.06.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148 and 302 IPC and Section 4(a) of Explosive Substances Act 1908, in Crime No.978 of 2020, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused waylaid the deceased and threatened him. Thereafter, they came to the place of occurrence, wordy quarrel arose between them, A1 threw the country bomb and caused the death of the victim. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner along with other accused waylaid the victim and had thrown a powerful bomb and killed the victim. He would further submit that the petitioner has eight previous cases pending against him. The petitioner has got bad antecedents and vehemently opposes for the grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.In the light of the above submissions so made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
