This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 19.09.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has entered into a Sale Agreement as early as on 28.02.2011, with the opposite party and is said to have paid Rs.5lakhs for purchase of certain property. In the year 2014, the petitioner is alleging that, the opposite party is not coming forward to execute the sale and the said property belongs to someone else. The fact remains that the petitioner is an agreement holder and he did not choose to take any action from 2011.

4. Hence, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
