ORDER

The plaintiff is a society registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act. The name of the society was changed on 16.04.2025. In view thereof, the present application for amendment has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the defendants submits that the application may be allowed by leaving all contentions open to the defendants.

3. Given the fact that this application has been made consequent to the approval of the change of name of the plaintiff by the Registrar of Societies, the application is liable to be and is hereby allowed as prayed for. The plaintiff shall carry out amendments in the plaint on or before 08.04.2026 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendants within a week therefrom.

4. List the suit on 15.04.2026.
