3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the name of the petitioner mentioned in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.3768 of 2016 is amended as Rathnavel instead of Rathna Pandi mentioned in the Crl.O.P.No.3768 of 2016.

4. Registry is directed to incorporate the above amendment and issue fresh orders. The others contends of the order dated 29.02.2016 of this Court shall stand unaltered.
