ORDER

This Petition has been filed to clarify the factual aspect with regard to the erection of iron pole observed in Para Nos. 5, 6 and 11 of the order dated 02.02.2026 made in WP.No. 2396 of 2025.

2. The clarification has been sought for on the ground that in the counter affidavit of the respondents they have used the word consumer which does not relate to the petitioner. However, a reading of the entire counter affidavit does not provide clarity as to whether the petitioner is the consumer or whether a third party is the consumer. Therefore, the clarification sought for cannot be granted.
