W.M.P.No.13879 of 2026 in W.P.No.21332 of 2023 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal for non-prosecution of the above writ petition dated 17.03.2026 and to restore the above writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed and the above writ petition in WP.No.21332 of 2023 is hereby restored.

5. The Registry is directed to post the main petition after vacation.
