ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for Mandamus, directing the third respondent to register the imported Car viz., Rolls Royce bearing Chasis No.SRH 4341, Engine No.4341 without demanding Entry Tax Clearance Certificate from the second respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
