[Order of the Court was delivered by [DR.S.VIMALA, J.] By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal during the time of admission.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the third respondent complaining that the land abutting his property is under the possession of encroachers and they are dumping the waste on the nearby channel.
4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the encroachers have damaged gram crops by dumping loads of red sand and as such, it would not be possible for him to undertake cultivation.
5. The representation submitted by the petitioner is pending on the file of the third respondent.
6. We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 29.02.2016, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of a receipt of copy of a order. The Writ Petition is disposed with the above direction. No costs.
