This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1125 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022, passed by this Court to report before learned III Additional District Judge, Salem, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6(e) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1125 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
