This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 04.04.2014 and 02.06.2014 in seeking to classify the lands in S.No.148/31C of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.24, Melakottaiyur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District as Public road, so as to enable the petitioner to have access to the agricultural lands in S.No.148/7.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner brought to notice of this Court that the issue involved in the present writ petition has become infructuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
