Comp. A.No.196 of 2022 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J This application is presented by the learned Official Liquidator seeking permission to pay the publication charges of Rs.5,10,300/- to Express Publications (Madurai) Limited from the funds available to the credit of the company in provisional liquidation.

2. The report dated 27.04.2022 has been filed in support of this application by enclosing the invoices and receipts relating to the publications made. Learned Adminstrator also confirms that these publications were issued.

3. Upon examining the report and the annexures thereto, this application is allowed in terms of prayers (b) and (c) of paragraph 10 of the report of the Official Liquidator.
