J.NISHA BANU,J., AND M.JOTHIRAMAN ,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been listed today under the caption 'for clarification' at the instance of the Registry. 1/3
2. On 19.06.2025, this Court condoned the delay without any cost, taking note of the fact that the delay was only 12 days in filing the Writ Appeal. However, it was brought to our notice by the Registry that the delay has been wrongly mentioned in the petition as 12 days and the actual delay in filing the Writ Appeal is 121 days.
3. In view of the above, the earlier order dated 19.06.2025 is hereby recalled. Considering the length of the delay and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioners to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 09.07.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 10.07.2025, if the same is otherwise in order. If the cost is not paid on or before 09.07.2025, this C.M.P. stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. (J.NISHA BANU,J.) (M.JOTHIRAMAN,J.) 25.06.2025 ar To:
