The Official Liquidator, v. Nil

Comp.A.No.197 of 2022 in C.P.No.354 of 1997 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., Learned Official Liquidator would submit that the Ex-Directors have deposited a sum of Rs.29,340/- (Rupees Twenty Nine Thousand Three Hundred and Forty only) incurred by the Official Liquidator towards valuation and other expenses.

2.Since the Ex-Directors have reimbursed the aforesaid amount incurred by the Official Liquidator towards valuation and other expenses, no further order is required in the present application.

3.Accordingly, this application is closed.
