ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 19.02.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.

Heard Mr. C.Munusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 to 3. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it will be more appropriate for the petitioner to submit an on-line application to the 3 rd respondent seeking for survey of the property by paying the necessary charges. On receipt of the same, the 3 rd respodnent shall act upon the application and conduct the survey based on the patta that already stands in the name of the petitioner in patta nos.1071 and 238. The said process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the on-line application

from the petitioner. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
