Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents herein to provide the petitioner with a certified copy of the O.in.O.No.177/2022 dated 13.02.2023, said to have been passed by the 1st respondent herein, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2025, so as to entitle the petitioner to proceed in a manner known to law. This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner's grievance in this writ petition is that they have not received the certified copy of the order in original No.177/2022 dated 13.02.2023. They have given a representation on 19.03.2025 to the respondents, requesting for furnishing the certified copy of the order in original. Since the representation has not been considered till date, they have filed this writ petition.

2. Mr.S.M. Deena Dayalan, learned SSC, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2025, requesting for furnishing the certified copies of the order in original dated 13.02.2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. It is for the respondents to consider the same on 2/5

merits and in accordance with law.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2025, requesting for furnishing the certified copy of the order in original No.177/2022 dated 13.02.2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
