A.Nos.2628 & 2629 of 2022 and 7420 of 2010 A.Nos.2628 & 2629 of 2022 and 7420 of 2010 in C.S.No.1039 of 2010 (Comm.Suit) SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J Application No.2628 of 2022 is to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the plaintiff and Application No.2629 of 2022 is to implead and bring on record applicants 1 and 2 as the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff and add them as plaintiffs 2 and 3 in the suit.

2. At the hearing on 08.07.2022, the applicant was directed to serve these applications on learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Upon service thereof, at the hearing on 15.07.2022, learned counsel for the respondents took a week's time. At the hearing today, there is no representation for the respondents.

3. Upon examining the affidavit in support of these applications and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, these applications are allowed.

4. The added plaintiffs are permitted to carry out consequential amendments in the plaint on or before 05.08.2022 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendants.
