ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 17.04.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9084 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.In the affidavit filed by the respondent, it has been stated that there are no encroachments. What is available is only a bund measuring two meter width and one meter height.

3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, we direct the Tahsildar, Ponneri to remove the aforesaid bund within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
