Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the order dated 08.06.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.11213 of 2022, in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the order it is typed as "Judicial Magistrate No.1,Tiruppur" instead of " Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamalle" and hence, the same may be rectified.

3. Therefore, the Registry is directed to carry out the correction in the paragraphs 2 and 3 of the order as "Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee" and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner. 19.10.2022
