ORDER

In compliance with the order dated 12.06.2025, the petitioner has

effected substituted service on the respondent by way of publication in one issue of Malai Malar, Chennai Edition dated 26.06.2025. The respondent is called and set ex parte.

2. The petitioner being a resident of Hosur has sought for transfer of HMOP.No.1147 of 2023 filed by the respondent-husband before the Sub Court Ambattur.

3. The petitioner has expressed inconvenience to travel all the way from Hosur to Ambattur (Chennai) to attend the proceedings. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer as prayed for.

4. In fine, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is ordered and HMOP.No.1147 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court Ambattur and transferred to the file of Sub Court Hosur to be jointly tried along with HMOP.No.151 of 2023. Considering that the original petitions are pending from the year 2023, the Sub Court Hosur shall expedite trial and dispose of both

HMOP's within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
