ORDER

The petitioner is a Post Graduate Teacher. Presently he is working at Chennai Higher Secondary School, Kalyanapuram, Vyasarpadi, Chennai. The petitioner submitted an application, on 27.10.2014, for transfer from Chennai to Salem, in view of the poor health conditions of his parents. The fifth respondent, by proceedings dated 24.10.2014, issued no objection for such transfer. The matter is now pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner, on 27.10.2014, on merits and as per law and in the light of the no objection given by the fifth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order..
