(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) In a dispute between the two sisters being the petitioner and the fifth respondent, the municipal authorities are sought to be used as a tool to settle scores even though suits are pending inter se the parties for partition. The jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not meant for this purpose.

2.We may note the submission of the learned counsel for the Corporation that the property has been inspected and plan approval had been obtained by the fifth respondent. 3.Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
